Q: How do Shop Afton products fit?
A: Most items are true to size, but you can use this Size Chart as a general guideline:

Q: When can I expect my package to ship?
A: Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for your order to begin processing. Orders will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days. For custom orders, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: The standard shipping rate for all orders is $5 CAD. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Q: How long will my customized product take to be made and shipped?
A: Please allow 24 hours for us to start processing your order and expect customized products to be shipped within 5-7 business days. If you've placed a large order, please give us 5-10 business days to make and ship your order. All customized products are final sale. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 14 days from the day your package delivers to start the return process. Please note that all sale items and customized items are FINAL SALE.

Q: If I don't like my items or it does not fit, how do I return it?
A: To start a return, you can contact us at shopafton@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the return label is not pre-paid, therefore you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any sale purchase or customized items are final sale and not eligible for exchange/return/store credit/refund.
